Description
Artmagazin's articles are published in the field of contemporary and classical art, focusing on Hungarian and international events, research, trends and trends. Our interest extends to border areas: fashion and design are as much a topic here as the connection points between theater, architecture and music. ARTMAGAZINE 126. The work of art on our front page is another wonderful protagonist of the story, and in connection with its identification they can also read about the plastic experiments of the early 20th century. Thanks to the discoveries of our author, Gergely Barki, he is already a real magnet for works of art, but it is still surprising how sensational and convincing results his determined investigations sometimes bring. We are also releasing our usual art trade summary at the beginning of the year. Besides this, we not only review the future of museums in connection with a book that has just been published, but in fact a book also gives an idea of whether the network theory of Albert-László Barabási can really be applied if we want to predict the success of the art trade. Then, in a Shiraz painting school, we write about horoscopes, amulets, and one of the world’s oldest religions, Zoroastrianism, with the help of astronomers, in the announcement of an exhibition on the art of Iran in London. Otherwise, in the times dominated by irrationality, the interest in mystical, mysterious phenomena and unknown beings hidden inside us will increase - with this sure knowledge we will be able to go deep into contemporary works in the passages of the Budafok cellar system when it is possible again. Let's play that we died, this was the title of the exhibition, which can still be visited in the Artus Switchboard, although it is only in the form of an online guided tour, and oeuvre. It was perhaps the most influential graphic artist and operated at the time of the greatest boom in artistic prints, but it lived for only 25 years: In an image column, we analyze Aubrey Beardsley’s self-portrait, especially the mysterious caption in the corner of the image. In this issue, the investigation of works of art appears in a completely different sense: in the turn of the eighties, high-value art treasures from burglary migrated illegally abroad. The first part of our series of articles, which is now underway, discusses the development of a computerized criminal record in connection with cases known as the Prestige Case. Finally, with the advent of the Internet, a new era has emerged in art history: not only has it become easier to identify works, but we need to describe new types of works with completely new concepts. We are releasing our fast tracker with the sure awareness that if the world returns to normal operation, much of the online space will not come back. It is better to get to know the processes that take place there and their impact on art as soon as possible and as thoroughly as possible. (Topor Tünde)
